I thought this would be such a cute gift to give to the grandmothers for Mother’s Day, I liked that I included the Sonogram picture that way they can have a picture with all their grandkids but I think I’m gonna have to make one for myself! Hurry over to CVS and order the pictures through them, they have a promotion for 4×6 prints right now and the code is valid until May 6th. It’s so easy to order through them, if you have a smartphone just download their app and upload your pictures, you can pick them up the same day!
I also converted my pictures to black and white before I sent them so I could see what the colors looked like before they printed. I use an iPhone, all you do is click the picture that you want to change and click on the bottom icon with the 3 bars with circles going through them, then you click on the icon with the 3 circles and you can change them to 3 different shades of black and white.
The codes for CVS are:
HAPPY13, this is for a minimum of 50 4×6 prints at 13 cents each
HAPPY10, this is for a minimum of 100 4×6 prints at 10 cents each
Supply List:

Cut List:
1×8 @ 14″ Don’t worry if you don’t have a saw, the guys at Home Depot or Lowes will cut it for you.
Step 1: Once you have your wood cut to size, stain it and wait about 5 minutes, then wipe off the stain.
Step 2: Cut 1 piece of your scrapbook paper to 5×7 so it borders the picture by 1 inch on each side.
Step 3: The sonogram picture is a 4×6 (yes I took a picture of the sonogram picture because I am not willing to part with them!) and I cut it down to 4×5
Step 4: Cut the other scrapbook paper to 5×6, so it borders the second picture by 1 inch. I used this one from Michael’s, I got it awhile back when it was on sale for $5 marked down from$20! They seem to have a lot of sales on their paper pads, just look online for the deals, it will be marked “Hot Buy”, I hope that helps!
Step 5: Mod Podge the pictures onto the scrapbook paper, then add Mod Podge or hot glue to the wood and adhere your pictures to the wood, you can also use a spray adhesive but I use that as a last resort because it’s a sticky mess!
Step 6: Add the burlap bow with some hot glue and you’re all done!
And here it is all finished!
