Hey guys, I just wanted to update you all on moving, we were supposed to close August 1st, but we finally closed on Friday! It’s been a month and a half of packing and unpacking. It will be so nice to finally not be living out of boxes and just settle in. So, the next couple of weeks I will not be posting too much but I do have one of my kids birthdays next week and I am throwing a party for her in the new house. I will be sharing the recipes and crafts with you guys! I will also head back out to Target and keep you updated on all the latest Dollar Spot Finds! Also, starting next week I will start to offer a free Fall printable a week until Thanksgiving, and for Christmas I have a surprise for you! Make sure you keep checking updates!
One good thing I will say that came out of all this craziness is purging! I didn’t realize how much junk I had! It really amazed me when I was packing how much stuff I was holding onto just for the sake of it, and that’s where Marie Kondo came into the picture, for those of you that don’t who she is, she is a Japanese organization guru. Marie Kondo wrote a book called “The Life Changing Magic o Tidying Up”, her mantra is, if it doesn’t spark joy, then get rid of it. I implemented that when I was packing and I have to say so far I have no regrets, it felt so nice to get rid of so much stuff and I’m still purging while I’m unpacking! For now, I am busy unpacking and getting the house situated, as some of you may have noticed I have not been on to post a lot, once things are in order I will continue with all the regular posts. I also have not been back to Target to check their Dollar Spot but as soon as I do, I will let you guys know!
