Hey guys, I’m back with another fast and easy recipe! This is perfect for snacks or for breakfast, it is so good with yogurt! All this White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Granola requires are 5 ingredients, that makes it even better! This will take 30 minutes to make and 5 minutes of prep time. This what you will need:
Measure 2 cups of oats and add it to a medium mixing bowl.
Add 2 Tablespoons of honey.
Add 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil to a microwave safe bowl and heat in increments of 10 seconds.
Add the melted Coconut Oil to the oats mixture, it’s ok if the Coconut Oil is not completely melted.
Now mix everything really well.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and and spread the oat mixture in an even thin layer.
Bake this for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring half way through.
While the oats are baking, measure out 1/4 cup of White Chocolate Chips and 1/4 cup of Dried Cranberries.
Once the oats are fully cooled to room temp, you can add the cranberries and white chocolate chips.

2. Add 2 Cups of oats to medium size mixing bowl.
3. Add 2 Tablespoons of honey to oats.
4. Add 2 Tablespoons melted coconut oil to oats and honey.
5. Mix everything really well and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
6. Add 1/4 Cup of White Chocolate Chips and 1/4 Cup of Dried Cranberries to fully cooled oat mixture.
