DIY Rose Petal Bath Soak
Hey guys, I’m back with another great homemade gift idea in time for Mother’s Day! This DIY Rose Petal Bath Soak is the perfect gift to mom from the kiddos! I love receiving homemade gifts and I love making them just as much! It’s also a great way to get the kids involved-anything that requires mixing and they are all in!
There is something so special about spa products that I love, but I don’t love the prices! And what better way to thank mom than with a homemade spa basket filled with pampering products. Below, you will find other recipes for homemade goodies to fill your basket with.

I did use edible rose petals because I do like to add it to my tea. If your mom is a tea drinker, you could add some dried rose petals to tea and gift that up as well! The rose petals are a little pricey but so worth it, if you don’t want to buy so much of it, they do sell dried rose petals at Michaels, it can be found in the candle and soap making aisle.
If you prefer to not use flowers for this, try out this recipe: DIY Tea Foot Soak.

This will make 16 oz. Add 1/2 cup (in an old sock, so it doesn’t make a mess all over your tub!) to a warm bath.
In a Bowl, combine baking soda, Himalayan sea salt, and epsom salt and mix well. Add the dried rose petals and rose essential oil and mix again. Now, you have a pretty homemade gift! I stored the extra in a Mason Jar, but I did choose to use the glass jar for a gift. I found that jar at Hobby Lobby in the glass crafts aisle.
