Lavender Milk Bath
Now that the holidays are upon us, I am wiped out and just want to hibernate! It’s been cold, gloomy and dark here. To help me relax I like to unwind at nights with a Lavender Milk Bath. I usually like to add essential oils to the bath water but I decided to try a milk bath instead.
I love how this turned out, especially the aroma of the lavender is very calming and soothing. It helps me to unwind after a long day.
This easy recipe only takes 5 minutes to make.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together with a spoon.
Store in an air tight container.
The shelf life of this lavender milk bath should be close to a year. A good rule of thumb is to go off of the powdered milk expiration date, which is normally around a year.
