Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine.

When everything is mixed up well, scoop these out into one inch balls and roll them together between your hands. You will want to work while the mixture is still warm because once it starts to cool, the mixture will dry and be more difficult to work with. If it does happen just add 1 Tablespoon of almond butter and mix well.

You can store these in the fridge for 1 week.
