Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
25 Days of Christmas – Day 16
This versatile Rosemary Infused Olive Oil will be a hit with the foodie friend, it takes about 20 minutes to make this and you can whip up multiple batches in time for last minute gifts.
You could use this Rosemary Infused Olive Oil for salad dressing, bread, roasting chicken, and vegetables.

STEPS:
Wash and thoroughly dry the rosemary.
Combine the oil and rosemary in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat for about 10minutes.
Remove from the heat, and let it cool to room temperature. Once it’s cooled, carefully pour the oil into a jar.
Refrigerate for up to 1 month.
