Hey guys, I’m back with another great breakfast recipe! This Sausage Egg and Tater Tot Casserole is prepared in advance and sits in the fridge overnight, so it’s the perfect brunch food! This recipe was given to me by my husbands aunt and is a favorite with everyone I’ve made this for, the past five years I have hosted Christmas brunch for the kids and their friends, everyone comes over in their Christmas pajamas and is supposed to “watch” a Christmas movie that never gets watched! This is the one dish that there is never left overs of and is a huge hit with everyone.
I have been meaning to share this recipe with all of you for awhile but I never got around to it. Now, I’m finally sharing it with you all! This breakfast casserole is a staple for Christmas morning breakfast because you prep everything the night before and throw it in the oven the next day, which still gives me plenty of time to watch the kiddos open their presents!
